Make This Monday: Black Bean Hummus

Try this for a different twist on the usual hummus:

1 can black beans - drain and reserve liquid
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp tahini
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbl. lemon juice

Mince garlic in food processor. Add black beans and 1 tbl. liquid. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve with pitas or fresh veggies.
